Challenge

There was about 1-2" of water in the partially finished basement. The initial challenge was getting the water removed quickly and control the humidity as to not cause any secondary damages. 

Solution

The drains were quickly cleared and water went back down the drains.  Water was extracted in areas with a lower pitch that did nto recess back down the drains.

Equipment was set-up immediately to control and achieve a desirable relative humidity in the basement and to begin drying.   Containment was set-up to create a smaller drying chamber to allow for a quicker and more efficient mitigation.
