What made you choose our company:

I chose your company through randomly googling, out of total desperation in the middle of a crisis. I had another recovery company come to my home in the middle of the night, but didn't have faith in them. My only critique is that I made multiple requests to get a more detailed bill, with a cost breakdown associated with each line item (for example, one would get from an auto repair shop). I work within the automotive industry as a tooling buyer, and I require a cost breakdown with every quotation. If I would have received that last December, I could have paid the bill back then. With that said, I do appreciate your flexibility to negotiate a final cost. I was very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of Carlos and his clean up crew. I had to leave home a couple of times with total trust in leaving strangers in my home. I would recommend On-Site to anyone that needed your services.
